Vinge advises Triton’s portfolio company Sunweb in connection with the acquisition of Airtours

Vinge advises Triton’s portfolio company Sunweb Group, a leading Dutch travel company, in connection with the acquisition of Airtours – Sweden’s fourth largest tour operator.

Through the acquisition, Sunweb strengthens its existing operations in Sweden, and becomes one of the leading actors in the Nordics.

 

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Christina Kokko, Johanna Wiberg, Ulrich Ziche, Nando Basic and August Ahlin (M&A), Nour Makie (Banking and Finance), Michael Montner (IP), Lisa Hörnqvist and Sam Fakhraie Ardekani (Commercial agreements), Emil Lindwall (Employment) and Jasmina Skandrani (Project assistant).

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
