Vinge advises in conjunction with the merger between Retune and Tillmobil

Vinge has advised Sobro and the founders of Retune in conjunction with the establishment of a new group of companies which combine Retunes service offering within cloud-based infrastructure, security and consulting services with Tillmobils services within telephony, operator exchange services and hardware.

The group also includes the company Reswitch, which conducts a modern cloud-based operator exchange solution. This year’s turnover is estimated to amount to approximately MSEK 170 and the company employs approximately 100 persons.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Eléonore Friberg, Michella Lina Said, Lisa Hörnqvist, Elin Broman, Michael Montner and Ian Jonson.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
