Vinge advises Komatsu Ltd. and its subsidiary Komatsu Forest AB in connection with the acquisition of Bracke Forest AB, a company that develops and manufactures soil preparation equipment and products for mechanized forest planting.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Jonas Johansson, Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister and Philip Moré (M&A), Johan Cederblad (Environment), Ulf Pyk (Real Estate and Banking & Finance), Isabell Nielsen, Lisa Hörnqvist and Karolina Fuhrman (Commercial Agreements, IT and GDPR), Michael Montner and Ian Jonson (IP), Ebba Svenburg (Employment), Tove Tullberg (Compliance) and Emy Rydén (Project Assistant).
