Vinge advises Smart Eye on acquisition of Sightic Analytics

Smart Eye has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Sightic Analytics for a fixed purchase price of SEK 60.5 million, to be paid with newly issued shares in Smart Eye, and an additional purchase price of up to SEK 50 million, conditional upon certain financial and operational targets being met.

Sightic Analytics develops technology for alcohol and drug detection and identification of attention-related risks through advanced eye analysis and artificial intelligence. The acquisition is conditional upon the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products approval of Smart Eye's notification without further action.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Anders Strid, Hanna Marberg (M&A), Edin Agic (Capital Markets) and Victoria Gunnerek and Fredrik Löwenclou (Regulatory).
