Vinge advises the sellers of Berg Propulsion

Vinge has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of Berg Propulsion to Kongsberg Maritime.

Berg Propulsion, with its registered office in Hönö in Gothenburg’s northern archipelago, designs and manufactures integrated propulsion and electrical systems for the marine market.

Vinge’s team consisted of Magnus Pauli, Hanna Marberg, Amelia Rihs, Anna Palmérus, Fredrik Löwenclou, Amanada Stoltz and others.
