Vinge has advised Flower in connection with the acquisition of the energy storage facility Bredhälla from OX2.

The energy storage facility Bredhälla consists of batteries utilizing lithium-ion technology with a total capacity of 42,5MW /42,5MWh spread across 20 modules, making it the largest battery park in Sweden. Bredhälla will provide ancillary services to Svenska Kraftnät to ensure stability in the electricity grid and participate in wholesale markets by providing energy arbitrage.

The acquisition strengthens Flower’s position as the leading battery optimizer in Sweden.

Vinges team mainly consisted of Peter Sundgren and Gustav Wahlberg (M&A), Albert Wållgren and Jolinn Uhlin (Financing), Johan Cederblad and Lina Österberg (Environment), Jolene Reimersson and Carl Lexenberg (Commercial Agreements), Daniel Prawitz and Clara Klingspor (Construction) as well as Daniel Wendelsson, Felizia Wiker, Dagne Sabockis and Alva Chambert (FDI).

Vinge has advised Accent Equity VI and the minority shareholders on their divestment of Malte Månson to Citira, a European tire management provider and portfolio company of Norvestor. Headquartered in Stockholm, Malte Månson is an independent service and repair provider for commercial vehicles and operates a network of 28 service workshop locations across Sweden, authorized by brands such as MAN, DAF, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, Setra, VDL and EVO. Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
