Vinge has advised EQT managed Scaleup Europe Fund on its investment in Tandem Health

Vinge has advised EQT managed Scaleup Europe Fund as lead investor in Tandem Health's USD 100 million Series B investment round, with participation from existing investors Kinnevik, Northzone, Amino Collective and Visionaries. Tandem Health is an AI healthcare company founded in 2023 and headquartered in Sweden. Tandem Health operates as an AI partner within the healthcare sector across Europe, providing AI medical assistant support to clinicians in connection with patient visits.

Vinge's team consisted mainly of Christina Kokko, Kim Bergman Aldevinge, Hedvig Merkel and Lina Björkman (M&A), Nicklas Thorgerzon (Data Protection), Axel Lennartsson (Intellectual Property), William Karo Persson (Employment), Christoffer Nordin, Mario Saad, Avidh Tajik and Dennis Hultman (Corporate Commercial) and Sebastian Örndahl (Competition & FDI).

The agreement covers a total amount of SEK 1 billion and creates conditions for significantly increased lending capacity. The agreement has been structured in accordance with the EU Securitisation Regulation and enables qualified loans to be continuously transferred to a special purpose vehicle within the SBP group.
