Vinge has advised Eleda Infra Services Group (“Eleda”) on the acquisition of Västkusten Brygg & Transport AB (”VBOT”)

December 22, 2021 Employment and Benefits Banking and Finance Commercial Agreements M&A Real Estate and Construction

VBOT is based on Tjörn outside Gothenburg and specialises in maritime constructions for customers in the public sector, as well as private contractors. The company has 17 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 40 million on an annual basis.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of partner Christina Kokko and associates Manne Bergström, Hannah Kajlinger and Ellen Åkerdahl Flygt (M&A), Isak Willborg and Mario Saad (Agreements), Ebba Svenburg (Employment), Jolinn Uhlin (Banking & Finance), Ulf Pyk and Lina Österberg (Real Property & Environment) and Jessica Henning (VDR-assistant).

 Vinge has advised Hansa Biopharma AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue through which the company raises proceeds of SEK 372 million before transaction costs. Hansa Biopharma is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering the development and commercialization of innovative, lifesaving and life altering treatments for patients with rare immunological conditions. Hansa Biopharma’s ordinary share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
