Member of the Swedish Bar AssociationMartin Cronsioe works in Vinge’s Private Funds practice group in Stockholm. He provides advice to fund managers of private equity funds with regards to fund formation engagements as well as institutions and other clients in their capacity as investors in conjunction with investments in private equity funds and other fund-like structures. In addition to having previously worked in the private M&A practice group at Vinge where he represented, among others, private equity funds in connection with investments in, and acquisitions of, portfolio companies, Martin also has experience of working in-house for a large Swedish institution where he was responsible for the legal work and the negotiations in connection with the expansion of its private equity portfolio.
