Mikaela has worked with financial regulations since 2015 and has multiple years of experience as lawyer from different legal practises. Prior to joining Vinge, she was Senior Legal Counsel at a Swedish authorized alternative investment fund manager focusing on Nordic sustainable infrastructure where she was responsible for the business regulatory affairs. In recent years, Mikaela has specialized in the regulations under the Sustainable finance framework and regularly assists clients with legal and strategic advice. Mikaela's expertise also includes inter alia investment services, asset management, credit and banking activities and measures against money laundering and terrorist financing.
