Marcus Andersson works in Vinge’s Private Funds practice group in Stockholm. He provides advice to fund managers of private equity funds in connection with fund formation engagements (both private as well as public funds) as well as institutions and other clients in their capacity as investors in conjunction with investments in private equity funds and other fund-like structures. In addition, Marcus also has experience of working in-house for a Swedish institution where he was responsible for the legal work and negotiations in connection with alternative investments. Marcus has also taught fund law at Uppsala University.
