Vinge has advised ABG Sundal Collier and Carnegie in connection with a capital raising in Xshore of approximately SEK 500 million by way of a directed share issue to several new investors and current shareholders.

Xshore was founded in 2016 by Konrad Bergström with the intention of providing customers with a superior and sustainable user experience and thereby driving the industry to act more sustainably. Xshore has a leading market position and was nominated for Powerboat of the year 2022 in competition with non-electric boats.

Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
