Vinge advises Öresundskraft in connection with the sale of Fridafors hydroelectric power plant

Vinge has advised Öresundskraft & Värme AB in connection with the company’s sale of Fridafors hydroelectric power plant in Mörrumsån to Watten i Sverige AB. The Fridafors hydroelectric power plant consist of two stations, i.e. “Fridafors upper” and “Fridafor lower” with an aggregate annual production of approximately 16 GWh.

Vinge’s team was led by partner Peter Abrahamsson.
