Vinge advises Lekland in conjunction with merger with Finnish HopLop

Vinge has advised Litorina’s portfolio company Leos Lekland in conjunction with its merger with the Finnish HopLop, with CapMan Special Situations I as majority owner. The new group will be the leader in Europe and initially manage 68 indoor play areas in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Germany.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Vilhelm Rondahl and Robin Sultani.

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
