Vinge advises in connection with the sale of Debaser

Vinge has advised the owners of Debaser in connection with the sale of Debaser to Koh Phangan AB, which is owned and operated by the restaurant entrepreneur Alexander Youssef.

Debaser conducts nightclub activities with live performances as well as the Mexican restaurant Calexico’s and the American bar, Bar Brooklyn.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Victor Ericsson, Henrik Wastenson and Gunilla Nyman.
