Vinge advises Ikano Bank on acquisition of loan portfolio from Entercard

Vinge has advised Ikano Bank AB (publ) on the acquisition of a portfolio of performing consumer loans from Entercard Group AB. As at 30 September 2026, the contractual amount of the loans totalled approximately SEK 7 billion.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Vinge’s team consisted mainly of Henrik Ossborn (Banking and Finance), Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister and Chris Bastholm (M&A) and Viveka Classon, Caroline Krassén, Elias Bohlin and Karin Rättzén (Financial Services).
