Vinge has advised the owners of Compab Energiteknik in connection with the sale of 80 per cent of the shares to Tången Industrikapital. Compab, which has a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million, sells, installs and services, amongst other things, steam and hot-water boilers as well as burners for the industrial sector.
Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Anders Strid and Emma Jansson (M&A), Fredrik Löwenclou (regulatory matters) and Amanda Stoltz (VDR).
Censor M&A acted as financial adviser and project manager for the sellers.
