Nordea and SEB enters into a SEK 2 billion credit facility agreement with Humble Group

On 22 April 2026, Nordea and SEB entered into a credit facility agreement in the aggregate amount of SEK 2 billion (with an accordion option for an additional SEK 400 million) with Humble Group AB (publ).

The new credit facility agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility which will replace the company’s existing credit facilities originally entered into on 25 July 2023. The new facilities have a term of three years each, with an option to extend for a further period of up to two years.
 
Humble Group is a Swedish group of companies specialising in driving value creation and accelerating growth in small and medium-sized companies within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Through an entrepreneurial approach and active ownership, Humble Group focuses on transforming its businesses and developing them to meet the consumer needs of the future.
