Vinge has advised Formica in conjunction with the acquisition of the CodeIT group, which conducts operations in Norway and Sweden.

Vinge’s team was led by Magnus Pauli, primarily assisted by Emma Jansson as well as Advokatfirman Thommessen regarding Norwegian issues.

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
