Vinge advises Axcel and Sanviva on the acquisitions of DermaCura and YourRad

Vinge has advised Axcel Elevate I and Sanviva in connection with the acquisitions of DermaCura and YourRad.

DermaCura is a Dutch family-owned company specialising in medical devices for patients with chronic skin conditions. Through the acquisition of DermaCura, Sanviva strengthens its position in the Benelux region and expands its product portfolio with adjacent products in dermatology. YourRad is an entrepreneur-led company engaged in the distribution of radiotherapy equipment, consumables and related medical devices in the Nordics. Through the acquisition of YourRad, Sanviva strengthens its position in the Nordics and expands its product portfolio to include specialised products in radiotherapy and oncology.

Sanviva is a distribution network for medical devices that combines local sales, distribution and market expertise to provide suppliers with access to healthcare markets in Europe. Sanviva operates in the Nordics and Benelux with a product portfolio that includes, among other things, wound care, stoma care, in vitro diagnostics and adjacent products.
