Vinge Named M&A Legal Advisor of the Year 2025 in Sweden – for the third consecutive year

December 05, 2025 M&A

Vinge has once again been named Sweden’s M&A Legal Advisor of the Year by Mergermarket at the European M&A Awards. This marks the third consecutive year that the firm has received the award, representing the longest consecutive winning streak across all 23 of Mergermarket’s award categories. In total, Vinge has won the award nine times over the past eleven years.

Throughout 2025, the firm has advised on a large volume of transactions, both domestic and cross-border. With over 137 completed deals representing an aggregate transaction value of just over EUR 24 billion, Vinge remains the most active M&A law firm in the Swedish market to date, measured by both deal volume and total value.

We are both proud and humbled to receive this recognition from Mergermarket for the third consecutive year. It is a clear testament to the trust our clients place in us and to the high standards we set for quality, breadth and strategic advice. Setting a new record with the longest winning streak in our category reflects our constant ambition to remain at the forefront of the market, says Jonas Bergström, Head of M&A at Vinge.

The award is based on a combination of factors, including deal volume, deal value, strategic complexity and degree of innovation. Mergermarket is a leading global platform for data, insights and analysis relating to corporate transactions, investment activity and M&A market trends.

We are immensely proud to once again receive this recognition. For us, success is not only defined by the number of transactions we complete, but by the culture of collaboration, curiosity, and professionalism that runs through all of Vinge. Our teams navigate complex transactions with a level of commitment that truly makes a difference for our clients. Being acknowledged for this three years in a row is a powerful testament to the strength of our approach and to the people behind it, says Louise Brorsson Salomon, Managing Partner at Vinge.
