Vinge has appointed two new partners and six new counsels, further strengthening the firm’s advisory offering and expertise across several key practice areas.
“These appointments show that we continue to attract strong individuals and develop a new generation of advisors. We are building on a breadth of expertise that combines experienced advice with new thinking, regardless of the matter at hand,” says Louise Brorsson Salomon, CEO and Managing Partner of Vinge.
The new partners are Lionardo Ojeda, active within Banking and Finance in Stockholm, and Petronella Hallberg, active within M&A as well as restructuring and insolvency in Gothenburg. Both will take up their new roles as partners on 1 January 2027.
Vinge has also appointed the following individuals as counsels: Desirée Hagenfeldt (M&A), Josefine Lanker (Banking & Finance), Marcus Andersson (Private Funds) and Niclas Lindblom (Real Estate & Construction), all based in Stockholm and will take up their new roles on 1 January 2027. Cecilia Cronqvist (Dispute Resolution/Contentious Regulatory) and Julia Ahlqvist (Real Estate & Construction/Dispute Resolution), based in Malmö has also been appointed as counsels, and will take up their new roles on 1 July 2026.
