Assur Badur – new partner at Vinge

Vinge has strengthened its real estate team in Stockholm with Assur Badur who has been appointed as a new partner and head of the real estate practice group from 1 March 2016. The aim of the recruitment is to strengthen Vinge’s service offering and secure its leading position within the real estate sector.

Vinge has seen an increased need for business law competence in relation to the currently very strong real estate market and wishes to increase its presence within this sector. Assur Badur joins Vinge from NCC where he held the position of Senior VP Legal and member of group management within NCC Property Development.

Maria-Pia Hope, Vinge’s CEO, stated: “We are very happy to be able to welcome Assur as a new partner at Vinge. He has solid experience from both private practice and from within the corporate field and will be an excellent addition to our market-leading real estate practice group.”

Vinge’s real estate team advises on all aspects of real estate law from sales, purchases and land development to commercial property leasing, management and development. Assur Badur will continue to develop the services provides by the Stockholm office within the area of real estate law together with Niclas Winnberg.
