Vinge has advised Cube Infrastructure Fund II in connection with its investment in Bergkvarabuss, which is a market leading company within the charter bus sector and one of the largest actors within procured line and school bus traffic.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Christina Kokko, Kristina Ekberg, Samra Baytar, Manne Bergström, Martin Cronsioe, Desirée Sjöblom, Ulrich Ziche, Hedvig Ekdahl, Josefine Lanker, Fredrika Hjelmberg, Viktor Wahlqvist, Lova Unge, Marion Kronberg, Jasmin Draszka-Ali and Xandra Ståhlberg.

Vinge has advised Morrow Bank in connection with its reverse cross-border merger, whereby Morrow Bank AB is taking over Morrow Bank ASA. The Norwegian bank was previously listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange which was today transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm. Vinge has previously assisted Morrow Bank in obtaining a Swedish banking licence.
