Martin Cronsioe heads the firm's Private Funds practice and advises private equity sponsors in connection with fund formations as well as institutional investors in investments in private equity funds and other fund structures.
He has extensive experience in private equity-related matters and has previously worked with M&A at Vinge, where he represented, among others, private equity managers in investments in and acquisitions of portfolio companies.
Martin also has experience from working in-house at a Swedish institution, where he was responsible for legal work and negotiations in connection with the expansion and development of the institution's private equity portfolio.
