Helena Rosén Andersson is one of the leading experts in Sweden within public procurement law and has a background including Justice at the Supreme Administrative Court. She has extensive experience of court litigation in public procurement cases and assists clients at all stages in tender procedures and agreements between the public sector and suppliers. Helena is also engaged by clients in public law matters, including litigation before the administrative courts, public access to documents and secrecy, protective security legislation, constitutional law and the European Convention on Human Rights. Helena is editor and head author of the leading commentaries to the Swedish laws of public procurement and is chair of the inquiry regarding the implementation of EU acts combatting money laundering and terrorist financing.
