Helena Rosén Andersson joins Vinge

Today we welcome former Justice of the Supreme Administrative Court in Sweden, Helena Rosén Andersson, to Vinge. We thereby strengthen our services within public procurement, administrative and public law, constitutional law, state aid and dispute resolution.

As a Justice of the Supreme Administrative Court, Helena Rosén Andersson has been involved in several of the most high-profile cases in the administrative courts in recent years. With a background as an associate judge at the Court of Appeal for Western Sweden, Helena has worked in the Government Offices, including as inquiry secretary and legal expert in the Ministry of Finance (1999-2003) and as inquiry secretary in the Ministry of Justice (2003-2005). Furthermore, she was appointed as the chairperson of the 2019 market surveillance inquiry (SOU 2020:49).

Helena Rosén Andersson is also editor and lead author of the leading commentary on Swedish law governing public procurement.

In addition to her public assignments, she has worked as a lawyer at Vinge (2005-2008) and as a lawyer and partner at the law firm Lindahl (2008-2017). Recently, Helena was given the assignment as chairperson of for the inquiry on EU's legislative package against money laundering and terrorist financing (Dir. 2022:76).

Helena Rosén Andersson will work at Vinge’s offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
