Vinge represented Diös & Kuylenstierna upon the acquisition of properties for SEK 1.35 billion

Vinge was adviser to Diös & Kuylenstierna upon the acquisition from Fabege of eight properties in Årsta and Botkyrka. Half of the overall surface is offices and the other half is composed of industry and warehousing. Through the acquisition, Diös & Kuylenstierna now own properties for SEK 3.3 billion.

Diös & Kuylenstierna were represented by Patrick Forslund (partner) and Caroline Gebauer.
