Vinge has advised Svenska Handelsbanken in connection with a sustainability linked credit to Byggmax Group

Vinge has advised Svenska Handelsbanken in connection with a SEK 500 million sustainability linked revolving credit facility with Byggmax Group AB (publ) as borrower.

The credit facility is linked to Byggmax’s sustainability targets of reducing CO2e emissions from own operations, versus base year 2020, by 90 per cent until 2027 and reducing CO2e per transported ton, versus base year 2010, by 70 per cent by 2030. The facility’s annual KPIs are aligned with these goals and the margin on the facility is affected positively or negatively depending on whether the KPIs are met.
