Vinge has advised EQT AB (publ) (“EQT”) in connection with the offering and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm with first day of trading on 24 September 2019.

Vinge has advised EQT in connection with the listing and also with the connected reorganization.

 Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.
