Vinge has advised Eleda in connection with the acquisition of Signalbolaget i Sverige AB

Signalbolaget is involved in the development and maintenance of the Swedish railway network, with a focus on services within signaling technology. Signalbolaget is based in Borlänge, Sweden, has a turnover of approximately SEK 80 million and 50 employees.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approval.

Vinge’s team consisted mainly of Christina Kokko, Ellen Flygt and Philip Moré (M&A), Daniel Wendelsson and David Olander (FDI), Emil Lindwall and Louisa Fagarasan (Employment), Calle Tengwall Pagels and Ida Appelgren (Banking and finance), Hanna Kövamees and Wilma Hellman (Real Estate), Nicklas Thorgerzon (GDPR) and Johanna Engström (Transaction Support Senior Coordinator).
