Vinge advises IK Partners and Francks Kylindustri in connection with the acquisition of Helsingborgs Kylteknik

Vinge has advised IK Partners and its portfolio company Francks Kylindustri in connection with the acquisition of Helsingborgs Kylteknik, a company specialising in refrigeration technology and refrigeration services in southern Sweden. The acquisition strengthens Francks Kylindustri’s position in southern Sweden and broadens the group’s offering within the refrigeration industry.

Francks Kylindustri is a leading provider of refrigeration and heat pump solutions, operating in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and the Netherlands. Helsingborgs Kylteknik, founded in 1990, specialises in refrigeration services and offers installation, servicing and maintenance of refrigeration systems.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johanna Wiberg, Fredrik Eriksson Oppliger and Ellenor Eckerborn (M&A).

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
