Vinge has advised Direktronik in conjunction with the acquisition of Qvintus

Direktronik, a subsidiary of Lagercrantz Group, has acquired all shares in Qvintus.

Qvintus was founded in 1953, is based in Bandhagen and has a broad range of machine thermometers, manometers and valves, with in-house manufacturing and assembly of parts of the range of products.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Sofia Sallnäs, Ellenor Eckerborn, Hedvig Ekdahl and Viktor Lundberg.

Vinge, together with O’Melveny as lead counsel and Avance, worked with funds advised by Agilitas Private Equity LLP (“Agilitas”), the pan-European mid-market private equity firm, in their backing of Vivicta. The buy-out was previously announced on 24 March 2025 and closed on 2 September 2025.
