Vinge has advised CGNEE Sweden Holding AB in connection with the acquisition of North Pole Vindkraft Holding AB

Vinge has advised CGNEE Sweden Holding AB in connection with the acquisition of North Pole Vindkraft Holding AB from Green Investment Group Limited and GE Capital Global Energy Investment B.V.

The acquisition amounted to 75 per cent of the shareholding in North Pole Vindkraft Holding AB. 

North Pole Vindkraft AB, through its subsidiary Markbygden Ett AB, conducts a wind farm project in Piteå which is expected to commence operation at the end of 2019. The wind farm will provide electricity to 400,000 households and reduce CO2 emissions by 750,000 tons per year. 

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Johan Göthberg, Fabian Ekeblad and Peter Sundgren together with associates Isabelle Jengsell and Jacqueline Fritzson.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
