Vinge advises Advania on the acquisition of Cortex Consult A/S

Vinge has advised Advania on the acquisition of Cortex Consult A/S, a Danish IT services company with more than 25 years of experience in managed IT services, cloud solutions and cybersecurity for customers across a range of industries.

 Cortex Consult provides IT infrastructure operations, cloud services, backup solutions and IT support, and has established a strong position as a trusted IT partner with a focus on long-term customer relationships. Through the acquisition, Advania strengthens its managed services offering and takes an important step in its expansion in the Danish market. 

Vinge's team consisted of Peter Sundgren, Jonatan Stentorp, Lina Björkman and Filippa Olsson (M&A).

 Vinge has successfully advised Montrose by Carnegie AB in connection with its application to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority for authorisation to conduct securities business. The authorisation was granted by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 2 July 2026.
