Vinge advises IK Partners and Selatek in connection with the acquisition of Jamo Sikring

Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.

Selatek is headquartered in Stockholm and specializes in security, electrical and automation solutions for real estate, infrastructure and industrial environments. Jamo Sikring, headquartered in Rødovre, Denmark, specializes in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems.

The Vinge team consisted of Jonas Bergström, Johanna Wiberg, Johanna Barfoed and Robert Sande (M&A).
