Vinge has advised Axcel VI and Currentum in connection with the acquisition of Klarins Rör

Vinge has advised Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisition of Klarins Rör i Göteborg AB (“Klarins Rör”).

 The company provides services relating to system solutions and project planning as well as installation and commissioning in Greater Gothenburg. In 2024, Klarins Rör had a turnover of approximately SEK 58 million.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Christina Kokko together with Egil Svensson, Alexander Rüdén and Ian Linde (M&A).
