Vinge has acted for Advania on the acquisition of smartvokat

October 08, 2025 M&A Data protection and processing of personal data FDI EU, Competition and Regulatory

smartvokat GmbH, a German-based consultancy specialising in digital transformation within the legal, risk, and compliance domains, will become part of Advania’s business unit Transformation & Automation.

Through the acquisition, Advania strengthens its ecosystem of managed services and transformation expertise.

Vinge’s team consisted of Peter Sundgren, Ulrich Ziche, Jonatan Stentorp, Sara Eirefors and Hanna Stamer (M&A), Nicklas Thorgerzon (GDPR), David Olander (FDI and competition law) and Emelie Schoning (Project Assistant).
