Konsert Strategy & IP AB, is a Swedish management consultancy company blending business strategy and intellectual property. The acquisition was made by Rouse International, a leading international firm offering intellectual property services.

Vinge’s team consisted of Magnus Pauli, Johanna Hamrefält (Project Manager), Amelia Rihs, Anna Drugge och Amanda Stoltz.

The transaction values Dellner at approximately EUR 890 million. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
