Vinge advises as Nimlas expands with dual acquisitions in the electrical sector

Vinge has advised Nimlas in connection with the acquisitions of Uppsala Elcentral AB and Tjädermo's El AB – two strategic transactions that strengthen the group's position in the Swedish electrical installation market.

Nimlas, with KLAR Partners as majority owner, is one of the Nordic region's leading technical installation groups, comprising more than 140 companies across Sweden, Finland and Norway.
 
Through the acquisitions of Uppsala Elcentral and Tjädermo's El, Nimlas takes further strides in its growth strategy, where the electrical sector represents a key pillar.
 
The acquisitions are in line with the Nimlas Group's growth strategy 2-20-2; 2 billion SEK EBITA, 20 billion SEK revenue and expansion to 2 new markets.
 
Vinge's team consisted mainly of Johanna Wiberg, Fredrik Eriksson Oppliger and Alex Forsberg (M&A), Johanna Fjellström (Employment), and Mario Saad and Malin Dejke (Commercial agreements).

Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
