Vinge advises the founders and other shareholders of Soft Goat AB in connection with Stella Capital AB’s majority investment in the company.

Soft Goat AB was founded in 2011 and operates within fashion sales under the brand Soft Goat. The founders will remain in their current roles in the development of Soft Goat AB.

Vinge’s team consisted of Joacim Rydergård, Clara Sohlberg and Philip Moré.
