Vinge Advises TDC Sverige AB on Acquisition of Effero

As a step in TDC’s growth strategy TDC expands its operations in Sweden by acquiring the telephone company Effro. Since Effro’s creation in 1988 Effro has answered for running, managing and developing telephony for several of Sweden’s largest companies. Today TDC handles approximately 100 000 connections. By TDC’s acquisition of Effro Effro becomes a subsidiary company to TDC Sweden AB. Effro will continue to conduct its businesses below the trademark with the same name.
