Vinge has advised Sobro in conjunction with its investment in Sluta Gräv. As the new majority shareholder Sobro will continue the company’s fast expansion on the market together with the existing owners.

Sluta Gräv is an upstart in the construction industry, offering a modern and cost-effective ground anchoring with its own product-developed ground bolts. Sluta Gräv is an international actor which operates in 12 countries and has 150 authorised partners worldwide.
