Vinge advises Scandic in connection with its SEK 3.45 billion credit facilities

Vinge has advised Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ) in connection with the entry into of a SEK 3,450,000,000 facilities agreement.

The facilities agreement matures on 31 December 2025 and enables Scandic to, subject to certain conditions, refinance all or part of its outstanding convertible loan.

Scandic is the largest hotel company in the Nordic countries with about 58,000 rooms at approximately 280 hotels in operation and under development. Scandic is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Malte Månson is an independent service and repair provider for commercial vehicles and operates a network of 28 service workshop locations across Sweden, authorized by brands such as MAN, DAF, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, Setra, VDL and EVO. Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
