Vinge advises Lagercrantz Group in conjunction with its acquisition of Tykoflex

Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group in conjunction with its acquisition of all shares in Tykoflex, a leading manufacturer of high quality sealings for splicing and termination of fibre cables held in the air, on the ground and at sea, as well as coupling elements for piping systems.

Tykoflex is based in Tyresö with an estimated turnover in 2022 of approximately MSEK 140 and an EBITA of approximately MSEK 22 – 24.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Gustav Wahlberg and Christoffer Nordin.
