Vinge advises Industrifonden in connection with MobiVending investment

Vinge has advised Industrifonden in connection with its SEK 18 million investment in MobiVending, a company that offers mobile payment solutions for vending machines. The money will be used for the company’s international expansion and further development of its technology.

Industrifonden invests in small and medium-sized Swedish companies with international growth potential. Industrifonden has assets of SEK 3.8 billion and invests in 89 companies within the technology, cleantech, life science and industrial sectors.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Larsson together with primarily associates Nicolina Kindblom (corporate) and Daniel Järmén (IP).

This automated solution, to be branded as the Qlik Analytics Migration Tool, eliminates the complexity of migrating from QlikView, Qlik Sense, and NPrinting to Qlik Cloud – a persistent barrier to cloud adoption.
