Vinge advises Danir Resources on its mandatory bid for Poolia

Danir Resources AB has made a public mandatory bid for all shares in Poolia AB (publ).

The offer values all shares in Poolia at approx. SEK 274 million.

The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman, Martin Svanberg and Nora Gullberg.
