Vinge advises Bring in conjunction with investment in DreamLogistics

Vinge has advised Bring in conjunction with its investment in the logtech company DreamLogistics, which is Sweden’s fastest growing 3PL company. The investment is part of Bring’s focus on fulfilment.

The transaction is subject to customary competition approval.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Johan Winnerblad, Johan Karlsson, Desirée Hagenfeldt, Christa Anttila, Sebastian Örndahl, Annie Fällström, Gustav Lindgren and Victoria Fredén.
