Vinge has advised Baseload Capital Holding AB in connection with securing a strategic investment from Baker Hughes.

Baseload Capital is a leading investment entity dedicated to advancing geothermal energy deployment globally. Through the establishment of operating companies in global locations, Baseload Capital partners with local communities and power providers to commission, permit and build Baseload Capital-funded geothermal power plants. Baseload Capital and its Baseload Power subsidiaries operate in mature geothermal markets like Iceland, the US, and Japan, as well as in emerging markets like Taiwan.

Vinges team consisted primarily of Maria Dahlin Kolvik, Clara Sohlberg and Måns Håkansson.

Landqvist Mekaniska Verkstad is a mechanical engineering company specialising in metal machining and contract manufacturing, primarily serving Swedish industries. In 2024, it had annual sales of approximately SEK 78 M and an operating profit of SEK 9 M. The divestment is a step in HAKI Safety's change of strategy from a conglomerate to the current industry group with a focus on safety products and solutions that aim to create safe conditions for everyone working in challenging environments. Having completed this divestment, HAKI Safey now consists entirely of operations within work zone safety, scaffolding systems, and digital and technical solutions.
