Vinge advises AREIM Fond 1 on the acquisition of property from SEB Trygg Liv and Klövern

November 30, 2007

SEB Trygg Liv and Klövern are selling its jointly owned property Färöarna 3 in Kista for a total amount of MSEK 540. The property was built in 1986 and has a leasable area of appr. 40,000 sqm of office space. AREIM Fond 1 will have access to the property on 15 January. The sale is conditional upon approval by SEB Trygg Liv’s board of directors by 10 December 2007.

AREIM Fond 1 is represented by partner Patrick Forslund assisted by Daniel Unger.
